3. Make sure you make profit. This is the reason why you should not under-price. As a business person, you need to make sure you will have net income on your business by making profit and this will push your business further, perhaps maybe a step higher.

5. Set your business on a high standard which means you need to have excellent service, excellent value and excellent reasonable prices. Make sure your business is the best of everything and see to it that it stays that way otherwise you would only end up unsatisfied with it and frustrated of the outcome.
6. Always make sure who you're targeting your business to. It is essential to know who your audiences are for you to have knowledge on what they will need in the present and in the future. With this knowledge at hand, you will know your business will keep going.
7. Your marketing skills will teach you how to target the audience and be able to stay connected with them. Otherwise, you are on shaky ground because your audience is a very important part of your business.
8. Make sure you have plans and back-up plans ready at your hand. Always be prepared of anything and pay close attention to every plan you have whether in written or in thought. Do not compromise on guts and intuition. This will never do you any good.
9. Have enough funds to start your business. You cannot start any business without enough bills to spend, can you? If you want your business to last, you should fund your business correctly right from the start.
10. Know your competition. It is important for you to know who you are up against so you can device a plan on how to be always a step ahead of them.
If you are a business person, there is no reason to go back. You just keep on going and you should be positive on everything. Believe me in the end you really would succeed.
