In case your commitment is better, then you can even go for regular exercise for the whole month and by the end of the month you would find you have more energy and have lost weight too, a major source of happiness. Thus commitment is very important in order to lose weight.
The next important thing is that you should not give yourself any chance to lapse in your exercise. It is a must to exercise regularly without any laziness or lapse or else you will not get the desired results.

Thus you can go for exercise that can burn your fat, but it is important to target the heart zone as only then will you get the desired results. Some simple exercises include walking, running, spinning, playing basketball and interval training etc.
